Dubai competition terms and conditions

1.1 The promoter of this prize draw is Vega & Wallace ltd trading as The Muff Liquor Company  (the “Promoter”)

1.2 To enter the prize draw entrants will be required to purchase a bottle of Muff Gin or Muff Vodka via their website online shop. Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries.  

1.3 By entering and participating in this competition participants are showing they agree to these Terms. All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the competition or the prizes form part of these Terms.

2. Entry

‍2.1 To enter the prize draw entrants will be required to purchase a bottle of Muff gin or Muff vodka from their online shop

2.2 Entries will only be eligible from those who have completed the terms of the competition listed in the competition post

2.3 This competition is open to residents aged from 18 and over, with the exception of employees and their immediate families of  The Muff Liquor Company, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion

2.4 The Prize Winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The first name chosen will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from the enjoyment of the Prize. The Promoter shall have no liability to the Prize Winner in the event that the Prize Winners are unable to take up the prize

2.5 The Muff Liquor Company  retains the right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used inappropriate means to enter.

3. Prize

‍3.1 There will be one prize which is being supplied through The Muff Liquor Company.

3.2 The prize consists of return economy flights (Emirates) for two people from the residents Country to Dubai with hotel accommodation at the 5 star Address Hotel Dubai Marina included for 5 nights. No other expenses will be covered.

3.3 There will be one prize winner (“Prize Winner”) who will be drawn from eligible entries on March 1st 2020 at 12:00 live on Facebook.

3.4 There will be NO cash alternative

3.5 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw or the terms and conditions of the prize draw, with no liability to any entrants, Prize Winner or any third party.

3.6 The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.

3.7 The prize must be booked before December 2020

4. The Winner

‍4.1 The Prize Winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The  decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant.

4.2 The Promoter shall not be responsible for any matter arising out of or resulting from the enjoyment of the Prize. The Promoter shall have no liability to the Prize Winner in the event that the Prize Winners are unable to take up the prize.

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, should the Prize Winner not be in a position to take up the prize or has not responded to the public Facebook announcement of the competition winner to any contact made by The Muff Liquor Company. The name of the Prize Winner will be available for a period of 3 days after the winner is announced on Facebook, Instagram and our website.

4.4 If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after all reasonable efforts having been made by The Muff Liquor Company, The Muff Liquor Company may decide to give the prize to another entrant on March 4th 2020

5. Exclusion of Liability

‍5.1 To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable to any entrant or prize winner for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether direct, indirect or consequential (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the prize draw and/or the Prize or the taking of the Prize.

6. Publicity

6.1 By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to take part in any associated publicity relating to the prize draw without further consent or payment, where required.

6.2 The Muff Liquor Company may publicise, broadcast or otherwise disclose the winners name, character, likeness, statements or any recording of his or her voice in advertising or promotional activities concerning a specific contest, or Sheridan Insurances contests generally. The Muff Liquor Company  may promote or advertise that a winner has won a contest.

6.3 The Muff Liquor Company  may include information from entrants in any contest in any database to be used for the purpose of its business. By entering a competition, a contestant will automatically give permission for use of personal data and this information will be kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law. Any dispute arising out or in connection with this prize draw shall be dealt with exclusively by the courts of Ireland. By entering the competition entrants are letting The Muff Liquor Company know they have read and understood the competition rules and agree to stick to them. Over 18’s only. Please note the legal drinking age is over 21 in Dubai.
